Whistleblower Hotline – (800) 674-9709

The LACCD Bond Program Monitor (BPM) maintains a Whistleblower Hotline for reporting of allegations of fraud, waste, or abuse related to the Bond Program. We encourage contractors, consultants, employees and the public to speak up about any issues related to the BuildLACCD Program without fear of reprisal. The BPM Whistleblower Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is operated by Exiger LLC in order to maintain confidentiality.

When you contact the Whistleblower Hotline, please provide as much detailed information as possible concerning your allegations, including:

  • Location of occurrence
  • A description of the alleged misconduct or policy violation(s)
  • The date(s) when the event(s) occurred
  • The identity of any witnesses to the event

If you wish to have the Bond Program Monitor contact you, please provide your name, phone number and email address, along with your preferred method and time for contact. If you wish to remain anonymous, you may do so by omitting all personal information. However, in order to ensure a thorough and complete investigation, it is important to provide a method for the Bond Monitor to contact you for follow-up information, such as an anonymous email address. To the extent permitted by law, the Bond Program Monitor will treat all information as confidential including the identity of persons coming forward to file reports.
